Since the inception of our business, we have had the unique opportunity to offer service through our main offices for those in close proximity to Rochester and in homes for those in the surrounding communities where travel to our main offices would be difficult or too far.

The advancement of technology provides us with portable equipment that can be brought to the home to evaluate hearing and accurately fit hearing aids. In-home service enables us to reach out to individuals as far away as Oswego, Hornell, Warsaw, Attica and Batavia. We work in conjunction with local business affiliates so communication can be easily accessed and quality service guaranteed.
